Privacy Policy
After6 AI LLC ("After6 AI," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website at https://www.after6ai.com, use our services, or interact with us by phone, email, or text message.
By using our website or services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
This policy addresses two groups: visitors and clients who interact with us directly, and end callers — customers of our contractor clients who are connected with an After6 AI voice agent when they call a business that uses our services. If you are calling a contractor, plumber, electrician, or other service business and are connected with an After6 AI voice agent, we process certain information on your behalf as described in "Information We Process on Behalf of Our Clients" below.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Contact information — name, email address, phone number, and business name when you submit a form, request a consultation, or contact us directly.
- Communications — records of correspondence if you contact us by email, phone, or SMS.
- Service information — details about your business, goals, and needs that you share when engaging our services.
We also collect certain information automatically when you visit our website:
- IP address and browser type
- Pages visited and time spent on pages
- Referring URLs
- Device and operating system information
Information We Process on Behalf of Our Clients
When a homeowner or consumer calls a business that uses our AI voice agent, we collect and process, on that business's behalf:
- The caller's name, phone number, and any address or service-location information provided
- A recording and/or transcript of the call (see "Call Recording" below)
- Details of the service request, such as the nature of the issue and urgency
After6 AI acts as a service provider to our contractor clients for this purpose. The contractor client is the primary party responsible for the customer relationship; After6 AI processes this information solely to deliver the call-answering and lead-capture service on the client's behalf.
If you are a caller and want to know what information a business has about you, contact us at hello@after6ai.com and we will route your request appropriately, or contact the business you called directly.
Call Recording
Calls handled by our AI voice agents may be recorded and transcribed for service delivery, quality assurance, and service improvement. Where required by applicable state law, callers are notified that the call may be recorded before the call proceeds. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 12 months from the date of the call, then deleted or anonymized, consistent with the retention terms in our Service Agreement.
Voice Data and AI Disclosure
Our services use AI-powered voice agents to answer and respond to calls. Where required by law, callers are informed they are interacting with an automated system. Our voice agents perform speech-to-text transcription to understand and respond to callers; After6 AI does not create or store voiceprints for the purpose of identifying individuals.
Payment Processing
Payments for After6 AI services are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect, transmit, or store full credit card numbers or other sensitive cardholder data on our own systems — card information is entered directly into Stripe's secure payment interface. For details on how Stripe handles payment information, see stripe.com/privacy.
Our AI voice agents are configured for call triage and lead capture only. They do not have access to, and do not provide, pricing or quote information for our clients' services, and they do not collect or process payment on behalf of our clients or After6 AI. Callers should never provide full credit card numbers verbally to our AI voice agents; payment is always completed through a secure Stripe-hosted link.

Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

- California residents: Under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. After6 AI does not sell your personal information for money. Our use of advertising cookies and the Meta Pixel (see "Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising") may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CPRA; you can opt out by disabling non-essential cookies in your browser, sending a Global Privacy Control signal, and using the ad-platform controls linked in that section.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@after6ai.com.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality and to understand how visitors use the site. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent; some parts of the site may not function properly without them.
We use the following third-party analytics and advertising services, each of which may set cookies or collect device and usage information subject to its own privacy policy:
- Google Analytics — aggregate website traffic and usage measurement. See Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Microsoft Clarity — session replay and heatmaps used to diagnose usability issues. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures the effectiveness of our advertising and lets us show ads on Meta platforms to people who have visited our website. The pixel records page views and certain actions (such as starting checkout or submitting a form). It may also use automatic advanced matching, which sends Meta a hashed (irreversible) version of information you enter into forms on our site — such as your email address or phone number — so Meta can match your activity to a Facebook account. We do not send financial, health, or government-ID data. See Meta's Privacy Policy. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook ad preferences.
You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from many companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance or the Network Advertising Initiative, and most browsers support a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or "Do Not Track" signal.
Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for business use and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
