Google Calendar

When the AI books an appointment by phone, it can write that appointment to a Google Calendar you connect, so the job shows up where you and your crew already look. We set up the connection with you during onboarding. You authorize it through Google’s standard sign-in, and you can disconnect it at any time from your Google account.

Every call is also texted to you as a summary, whether or not a calendar is connected.

Everything else

We list a connection only after we have tested it ourselves. If your business runs on other scheduling, dispatch or field-service software, contact us and we will tell you honestly what is possible and quote a custom integration.

No. Calls are answered, triaged and summarized by text either way. Connecting Google Calendar writes the appointments the AI books onto the calendar you already use.

Does it connect to my field-service or dispatch software?
